We started seriously looking around November 2015 because of the urgency of a move we must make from this leased property we live on at present.   We began looking at a 1acre piece with buildings, we knew 1 acre was probably not enough for us to sustain ourselves on but we knew we must go somewhere and 1 acre looked big compared to what we live on now.
